FAQs

No, you will only be charged for pool opening and closing, plus the weekly service rate for the weeks your pool is in use. There are no additional charges for chemicals or extra visits during the spring cleanup phase. If a major repair is needed beyond standard maintenance, we will always contact you with a quote before proceeding

Our pool maintenance technicians undergo extensive training in pool chemistry and utilize advanced testing equipment to ensure precise results. We document all chemical levels and additions in a digital logbook, which you can access for review. This logbook includes the measured pool chemistry levels, chemical adjustments made by our technicians, and the ideal ranges. Additionally, our quality control team regularly checks and tests pools to verify the accuracy of the technicians' recordings. These quality control readings will also be available in your logbook throughout the season.

Generally, your pool will be safe for swimming. During the spring cleanup phase, we use chlorine shock. Once your heater is on and the water is clear, we switch to a non-chlorine oxidizer for weekly shock treatments, allowing safe swimming just 15 minutes after application. If a heavy chlorine shock is necessary during the summer, we'll notify you and may recommend avoiding the pool for 2 to 4 hours.
-
Yes we do. We will monitor your salinity and add salt if necessary at no additional cost.
Salt water pools require all the normal maintenance chemicals as well as weekly shock treatment.
-
Once we get your pool water clear, it's highly unlikely that it will turn green or cloudy again under our care. However, as part of our service guarantee, if your pool becomes unusable for any reason, we’ll visit daily to restore clarity as quickly as possible and reimburse your maintenance costs until it’s clear again.
