Estimate FAQs

Do I need to be present for the estimate?

Yes you do. Our process of estimating hinges around gathering all the information we can about your project from you. We then prepare a detailed estimate and present it to you before we leave for the day. If you absolutely cannot be there - we can come out and measure for the fence and discuss after.

How long will it take?

About 30 minutes, sometimes less. If it’s really detailed or you’d like to discuss some aspects of the work, our business or process, it may go a bit longer.

How long before I receive the quote?

Immediately. We’ll perform our estimate, run our numbers in our vehicle, and present the estimate to you before we leave. This allows you to ask any questions, and allows us to explain our detailed estimate and why we’ve done what we’ve done.

Estimates are free correct?

Yes, always.

We only ask for a 20% deposit to book into our schedule should you accept our estimate. We then require the final payment upon completion of the job. The deposit is completely refundable should you choose to cancel prior to 2 weeks out from your scheduled start date.
